Why You Coach: I started coaching over 20 years ago with one purpose—to give back what was given to me. The men who coached me didn’t just teach the game; they challenged me, believed in me, and ultimately helped shape the man I became. That impact never left me.

Coaching is more than a job—it’s a responsibility. Every day, I have the opportunity to influence young men at a critical time in their lives. My goal is to push them, develop them, and hold them to a standard that brings out the best in who they are—on the field and far beyond it.

Football is the greatest team game there is, and I don’t take a single moment of it for granted. This is about more than wins and losses—it’s about building men who are prepared for whatever life demands of them.
